Our rental procedure is as follows:
Returning renters of 2 weeks or longer may contact us now in order to reserver thier same houses & weeks.
We look forward to hearing from all other renters on January 2nd 2009 and hope to help you find a great house for your Block Island vacation!
TWO WEEKS AND LONGER RENTALS ARE GIVEN PRIORITY.
WE DO ALL OF OUR BOOKINGS OVER THE PHONE SO YOU MUST SPEAK TO US IN ORDER TO BOOK A RENTAL!!
Our variety of homes is extensive. Amenities, location and views create a broad price range. THESE ARE APPROXIMATE PRICES:
ONE BEDROOM $750-1400 per week
TWO BEDROOM $850-2200 per week
THREE BEDROOM $1000-3000 per week
FOUR BEDROOM $1400-5000 per week
FIVE BEDROOM $2000-6000 per week
All homes have a $500 or $1000 damage deposit payable upon arrival. Full payment for rental is due on one week rentals at time of receipt of contract/ two weeks or longer 50% is due.
WE ONLY ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.
Rentals include utilities. Kitchens are fully equipped but no personal linens are provided. YOU MUST RENT OR BRING ALL SHEETS, BATH TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS WITH YOU.
